FAQ

If a question is not answered here, Prism on X (x.com/HoodSignal) is the fastest way to reach the team.

The basics

Is Prism free?

Yes. The full feed is live on the free tier right now. A paid VIP tier is planned alongside the $PRSM launch, but the free tier stays free.

Do you trade for me?

The signal feed does not. But the opt-in auto-trade agent can: connect a wallet to sign in, get a dedicated trading wallet you fund yourself in ETH, pick a risk mode and a strategy, and it trades every safe call for you with laddered take-profits and a stop-loss. It is token-gated by $PRSM and runs in paper mode during public testing. Withdrawals only ever go to your owner wallet.

Is this financial advice?

No. Prism is a research and information product, not a broker or advisor. Markets are volatile, memecoins especially, and many tokens go to zero shortly after a strong signal. Outcomes shown are historical and never a forecast.

Signals

Why does the same token sometimes get signalled twice?

Each token has a 30-minute cooldown after a call so the feed does not get spammed. After the cooldown, if the token re-crosses the bar with fresh momentum or whale flow, it gets another entry. The call history page on the token shows every entry side by side.

What does a 60 score mean?

60 is the typical alert bar. The default Telegram threshold is 60. Scores in the 40s and 50s often pass the quality gate but lack conviction. Scores above 70 are uncommon. Above 80 is rare.

Why are so many signals marked HIGH risk?

Because thin, early Robinhood Chain launchpad tokens are genuinely high risk. The label is honest about that. The LOW filter on the dashboard surfaces the calls sitting in deeper pools with real whale flow.

Prices and stats

Where do prices come from?

Robinhood Chain tokens have no external price feed, so their price and market cap are derived on-chain directly from the Uniswap V2, V3, and V4 pools that Prism indexes. Nothing here relies on a third-party aggregator.

Why does the token page sometimes show 'AT-CALL PRICE'?

When a token loses its live price feed (most often a low-activity token that stops trading or crashes to near-zero), the dashboard falls back to the snapshot captured at signal time. The pill shows up so you know you are looking at a snapshot, not the live mark.

What is the difference between Now and Peak gain?

Now is the live gain since the call, can be negative. Peak is the high-water mark since the call and never decreases. A round-tripped runner often shows a small or negative Now and a big Peak.

Coverage

Which chain?

Robinhood Chain only, and within it only tokens launched through the pons launchpad, indexed across Uniswap V2, V3, and V4 pools. See the Chains page for the coverage details and quality gates.

Will you add other chains?

No. Prism is built for Robinhood Chain exclusively. One chain and one launchpad is a deliberate focus, not a limitation we are waiting to lift. It keeps the whale-flow scoring and the safety checks tuned to a single environment.
